Cure’s Justin Severino is hosting a James Beard Foundation’s Celebrity Chef Tour dinner at Heinz History Center on Wednesday, March 25. He’ll be teaming up with 13 other East Coast chefs for a seven-course meal.
Before the dinner, passed hors d’oeuvres will be prepared by a number of Pittsburgh chefs, including Jamilka Borges of Bar Marco, Richard Deschantz of Meat & Potatoes, Trevett Hooper of Legume and Davit Racicot of Notion, among others.
A number of Mid-Atlantic chefs will be preparing the dinner, including:
- Chef Jamie Bissonnette of Coppa and Toro in Boston
- Chef Mike Solomonov of Federal Donuts, percy Street Barbeque and Zahav in Philadelphia
- Chef Bryan Voltaggio of Aggio, Family Meal, Lunchbox, Range, and Volt in Frederick, MD
