Get ready for one delicious evening.
Cure and Morcilla’s Justin Severino is bringing together top chefs from around the country for a one-night-only dining event.
On Tuesday, June 21, Severino will team up with culinary talents from Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Virginia and Washington DC for a six-course dinner at The Mattress Factory.
Local chefs including Dinette’s Sonja Finn, Bill Fuller of the Big Burrito Restaurant Group, Joey Hilty and Csilla Thackery of The Vandal, Legume’s Trevett Hooper and Kate Romane from E2 will provide passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour.
Participating chefs preparing the dinner with Severino include:
- – Scott Drewno, The Source by Wolfgang Puck in Washington, DC
- – Tarver King of The Restaurant at Patowmack Farm in Lovettsville, VA
- – George Sabatino of Aldino in Philadelphia
- – Mike Solomonov of CookNSolo Restaurants
- – Greg Vernick of Vernick Food & Drink in Philadelphia
Proceeds from the dinner will benefit the James Beard Foundation.
Tickets are $215 per person. A limited number of tickets will be on sale today by calling Morcilla at 412-652-9924. General sales begin on May 20 online.
