It’s official: Eleventh Hour Brewing has announced plans to open their doors on Thursday, August 31.
According to a release, the new brewery, which will be located at 3711 Charlotte Street in Lawrenceville, will offer over 12 different house-brewed beers from a hand-built tap system, as well as local mead and wine.
The 1,500-square-foot tasting room will be family-friendly (and dog-friendly, too!), and will feature activities for kids, including a chalkboard wall, board games and mini corn hole, as well as a selection of non-alcoholic drinks for children.
On the beer menu, expect to find all of Eleventh Hour’s staples, including IPAs, red and brown ales, stouts, blondes, pale ales, wheat beers, along with their signature jalapeno pale ale.
Food trucks will on-site most nights.
Eleventh Hour Brewing Co. will be open Thursday and Friday nights from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturdays from noon to 10:00 p.m., and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The brewery will celebrate its official grand opening with a party on Saturday, September 2.
A social media post from Eleventh Hour says that while the brewery is slated to open on August 31, they’ll be posting updates on Facebook and Instagram in case anything changes.
