While butchery classes have gained popularity in the last few years, it can be hard to actually find classes to take.

But, if you have a free Tuesday evening this week, you’re in luck.

On November 19, Marianna’s Heritage Craft Butchers will be taking over Maggie’s Farm Rum in the Strip District for one of their butchery clinics.

From 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., the Heritage team will be leading the way on an entertaining and educational pork breakdown demonstration, showing all of the step-by-step instructions needed to break down a whole hog.

Guests will enjoy local rum and local charcuterie at the event.

Tickets are $65 per person, and more information can be found on the event page.
