Travelers flying in and out of the Pittsburgh International Airport now have a brand-new option for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.
Local Craft Kitchen + Bar from AMPD Group (which owns Steel Cactus, Ten Penny, Social House, Local Bar + Kitchen and more) is now open in Concourse A, right by Southwest Gate A3.
The restaurant and bar will be open seven days a week from 4:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and will serve an all-day menu that features breakfast options like Cheddar Biscuits, Avocado Toast, and Egg Melt sandwiches. For lunch and dinner, you’ll find hearty sandwiches, including Pulled Pork, California Clubs, BLTs and Cuban sandwiches, along with a selection of soup and salads and side dishes that range from Mac & Cheese to Loaded Potato Salad.
The bar menu will feature traditional cocktails with local spirits, like Bloody Marys featuring Boyd & Blair potato vodka, a Dark & Stormy with Maggie’s Farm rum, and a Bourbon Smash cocktail with Wigle Whiskey. There will be eight drafts on tap, along with a selection of bottled beer, and 32 oz. Crowlers (canned Growlers) available to go.
Local Craft Kitchen + Bar joins a number of other Pittsburgh-based food options now at the airport, including Penn Brewery, Steel Cactus, a Gaby et Jules kiosk in Concourse A, and a ‘Best of Pittsburgh’ kiosk in Concourse B that sells products from local businesses like Sarris Candies, Enrico Biscotti and Pittsburgh Pickles.
