One of the best food trucks in town, Lomito Truck, pops up on the regular at spots all over Pittsburgh like Arsenal Cider House and Hop Farm Brewing. But now, you can enjoy their South American specialties any time you want at the new Lomito Restaurant.
The restaurant, at 4770 Liberty Avenue in Bloomfield, had a soft open about a month ago, but is hosting a big Grand Opening bash this Saturday evening.
From 6:00 to 10:00 p.m., join the crew for free Feijoada (rice and beans), a cash bar from the folks at Franktuary, and a guest DJ.
You’ll also be able to try dishes from the restaurant’s menu, including one of their newest items, the Milanesa de Pollo. It might just be the best fried chicken sandwich you’ve ever had, loaded with Siracha mayo, lettuce, tomato and avocado.
