
Prepare for a summer of local flowers, fresh flowers, homemade dog treats, raw milk and more: the Market Square Farmers Market is kicking off their 2015 season on Thursday, May 14.
Now in its eleventh year, the market, located in Downtown’s Market Square, runs every Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Each week, you’ll be able to find a variety of different food and local product vendors, and they’re hosting a free concert during every market starting at 11:30.
There are more than 30 vendors participating this year, including:
Always Summer Herbs, LLC – Honey, tea and herbs from Slippery Rock, PA
Breezy Hill Farm – Organic produce out of Homeworth, Ohio
Enon Valley Garlic – Featuring over 20 varieties of garlic
Clarion River Organics – Organic produce from a cooperative of 10 family farms from Sligo, PA
HELLO HUMMUS – Homemade, small batch hummus
Gosia’s Pierogies – Homemade cheese and potato pierogies
Little Athens Catering – Ready-to-eat Greek foods, like grape leaves, spanakopita, pastitsio and more
The market will run from now through October 29.
