May The Fourth Be With You Dinner Is Back At Root 174

April 15, 2016 by Emily Catalano Leave a Comment

If there’s an opportunity for Keith Fuller of Root 174 to host a Star Wars-themed dinner, he’s doing it. And what better opportunity than ‘May the 4th Be With You’ day, the unofficial Star Wars holiday?

Once again, Fuller will be teaming up with former Eleven chef Derek Stevens (he’ll be opening his own downtown spot, Union Standard, later this year) for an epic culinary throwdown.

The Star Wars dinner will be May 4 (of course) at Root 174. The menu is top secret, but previous menu items have included Jar Jar Tartare Tongue Terrine, Womp Rat Stew and Tauntaun Belly… you get the idea. Tickets are $100 per person, and will include tax, tip and alcohol.

Get ‘em while you can here.
