Mead (a historic alcoholic drink made with fermented honey and water) is back in a big way. If you haven’t tried it yet, you have a chance to see what it’s all about at a mead tasting at Carson Street Deli.

On Wednesday, March 11, meet the owner (and try samples) of Apis Mead and Winery. The Carnegie-area meadery will be on hand to give away samples of their Raspberry Blackberry Mead from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
