It’s fall at Meat & Potatoes, and that means that they’re rolling out new seasonal dishes – and events.
First up on the new fall menu is a Wagyu Flat Iron steak, with charred carrots, queso fresco, pepita, radish, cilantro and topped with a chili sherry vinaigrette.
Other new fall dishes:
- Fall salad: Watercress, endive, Bosc pear, blackberries, Maytag bleu cheese and walnut vinaigrette
- Agnolotti: Acorn squash, Swiss chard, tomatoes, pecorino, fried sage and roasted hazelnuts
- Chicken Pozole: Roasted chicken breast, braised chicken leg, hominy stew, cabbage, red radish, cilantro and lime
The restaurant has also announced that they’ll be teaming up with Founders Brewing for a beer dinner on Thursday, September 25.
The five course-meal will feature Founders beer pairings, including Rübaeus, Dirty Bastard, Centennial IPA, Curmudgeon Old Ale, KBS Kentucky Bourbon Stout and Breakfast Stout. Tickets are $80 per person, and reservations can be made by emailing them at [email protected]
