Your Monday just got a whole lot better.
Meat & Potatoes has introduced a new nightcap menu, and every Monday (from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.), they’re serving up some Poutine madness.
The late-night menu features 11 (yes, 11!) different varieties of poutine, that delicious Canadian dish of French fries, gravy and cheese curds that we can’t get enough of…. or pronounce correctly.
In addition to the traditional style, they’re also offering their take on the dish using some amazing ingredients, like house-made whiz, buttermilk fried chicken, and wild boar ragu.
Here’s what’s on the menu:
Hot Brown: Roasted turkey, tomato, bacon, mornay sauce
Buffalo: Buttermilk fried chicken, buffalo sauce, spicy ranch, celery
Asian Persuasion: Pork belly, Korean bbq, cilantro, carrots, jalapenos
Philly Cheesesteak: Roast beef, peppers, onions, house-made whiz
Southern Pride: Smoked pulled pork, Chipotle bbq, house pickles
Down on the Farm: Tater tots, sausage gravy, fried egg, scallions
Tex-Mex: Wild boar ragu, Pepper Jack, jalapenos, sour cream, salsa
Loaded Bucos: Fried hot dog, onions, Dijon, house-made whiz
Bourguignon: Pot roast, carrots, mushrooms, onions, red wine sauce
Rachel: Smoked Pastrami, mustard, cole slaw, Swiss whiz
