The Wheel and Wedge and East End Brewing Company are teaming up for another cheese and beer pairing class at East End.
On Tuesday, October 13 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., enjoy six different beers, paired with six different cheeses. Alix Wiggins, the head cheesemonger at Wheel and Wedge, will be leading the class on the intricacies of each pairing, and offering suggestions for recreating a beer and cheese party in your own home.
Tickets are $20 each, and include beer and cheese samples.
