Wheel and Wedge Cheese Shop is hosting another Moos & Brews cheese and beer pairing class with Hop Farm Brewing Company.
On March 2, Wheel and Wedge head cheesemonger Alix Wiggins and Hop Farm owner Matt Gouwens will be leading a class on pairing various cheeses and Hop Farm beers. Attendees will get to sample six different beers paired with six difference cheeses, and will receive in-depth information about the beers, cheeses, and what makes them work so well together.
