Morcilla, Justin Severino’s second Lawrenceville restaurant, isn’t slated to open until later this year – but he’s offering up a tasty preview in the form of two pop up dinners in August.

On August 17 and 18, Severino will be hosting menu previews at Cure for the upcoming Spanish tapas spot, which will feature a substantial oak-fired grill and a dedicated curing station.

The pop up’s fixed-price dinners will be $65 per person, and will include bites that are perfect for snacking and sharing, such as mariscos, croquetas, montaditos, conservas y escabeche, churros and tocino de cielo.

Reservations can be made by calling 412-252-2595.

For more information, visit their event page.
