Big news coming out of Tender today.
The Lawrenceville staple has announced that Brian Little will become their new executive chef. He’s no stranger to the Pittsburgh dining scene, with stints at Salt of the Earth, Casbah, and Verde.
They’ve also introduced a new menu (hello, wild boar meatballs), and they’re getting into the brunch game, with a mix of classic favorites, and kick-ass cocktail menu that will make Sunday afternoons a little more fun.
