Churchview Farm knows you’re sad that almost all of their farm dinners are completely sold out – so they’re giving you one more opportunity this year to see what all the fuss is about.
On September 19, they’re teaming up with the inaugural class at the Smallman Galley for a four-chef-strong evening of food on the farm.
The Smallman Galley, a new restaurant incubator in the Strip District, just announced their first group of chefs (read all about it in Table Magazine), including Jacqueline Wardle of Isabela on Grandview, Grit & Grace’s Rafael Vencio, Jessica Lewis of the Commoner, and new-to-Pittsburgh chef Stephen K. Eldridge.
The four chefs will collaborate on an appetizer and a dessert, and each chef will be in charge of their own additional course, using fresh Churchview Farm produce, and local meats, cheeses, and more to create a unique six-course dinner.
Seats are $110 per person, and can be purchased on their event page.
