The charming Out of the Fire Café in the Laurel Highlands is celebrating the changing seasons with a new Fall menu.

Autumn Salad: Butternut squash, beets, herbed ricotta, endive and orange vinaigrette
Out of the Fire Smoked Salmon Tasting: Cucumber & caper salad, horseradish beets & apple compote, and crispy flatbread
Pork Osso Bucco: Black pepper Spatzel, aromatic vegetables, and pan sauce
Duck Breast: Butternut squash sauerkraut, caraway, and dried cranberry
Laurel Hill Farms Trout: Roasted carrots, turnips, parsnips and bacon, with Tellicherry pepper and local honey
House-made Charcuterie Plate: With homemade pickles and mustard
