Lidia’s Italy recently unveiled new lunch and dinner menus, with new additions (and some of their old favorites). A few dishes that we can’t wait to try?
- Constoletta: A Heritage pork chop with braised red cabbage, fried potatoes, and apple mostarda
- Cavolo: Baby kale and shaved Brussels sprouts salad with crispy prosciutto, golden raisins and pine nuts
- Arancini: Lobster risotto balls with tomato-basil fonduta
- Sarme: Pork, beef and veal stuffed cabbage rolls, with sauerkraut, tomato, and garlic-smashed potato
- Cinghiale: Ravioli with wild boar and rosemary-infused pan sauce
- Agrumi di Cocco Panna Cotta: Coconut panna cotta with ginger lime gelee, blood orange granite and candied blood oranges
