Spring has officially sprung, and that means that chefs throughout Pittsburgh are introducing new menus to ring in the season.
Crested Duck Charcuterie (1603 Broadway Avenue) just released their spring menu, with seasonal takes on classic dishes, like Smoked Chicken Pot Pie and Honey Rabbit Roulade.
A few of our picks from the new menu:
- Honey Roasted Pork Belly with Johnny cakes, wilted greens and blueberry BBQ sauce
- Ricotta Gnudi with peas, carrots, mushrooms, radish and vegetable broth
- Spring Root Vegetables with beets, carrots, turnips, and a yogurt-walnut dressing
- Smoked Chicken Pot Pie with a smokey gravy
- Crepe Suzette with rum and brown butter sauce and citrus curd
They’ve also made seasonal updates to their brunch menu, with selections like Broccoli Rabe Gribiche and Chickpea Confit Crepes.
