Braddock’s American Brasserie, the cultural district mainstay, has just debuted its new summer menu, with ambitious additions and revamped lunches.
The new lunch menu includes a selection of French-inspired sandwiches, such as:
Croque Vinargie: Grilled vegetables, goat cheese mousse, pea tendrils and Gardiner on a French baguette
- Pate de Baguette: Country Terrine, drunken onion, dandelion greens
- Croque Marin: Smoked gouda, cheddar, Millionaire’s bacon, Pommery mustard
- Chef’s Muffelatta: Olive bread, Tasso ham, salami, soperasata, prosciutto, provolone, remoulade
- Croque Madame: Paris ham, gruyere fondue, apple relish
And for dinner, they’ve added new seasonal-inspired dishes, including:
- Scottish Salmon Aux Lentilles: King Salmon, Beluga lentils, fennel, tomato, rainbow Swiss chard, smoked tomato vinaigrette
- Diver Scallop au Vinaigrette de Vin: Parisian gnocchi, fava beans, crisp radish, spaghetti squash
- ‘Poor Man’s’ Lasagna: Rigatoni, herbed ricotta, provolone, spinach
- Potato Gnocchi & Lobster: Peas, asparagus, leeks, parmesan, cream sauce
- Grilled Chicken Lemon Basil Pesto Risotto: Ricotta cheese, lemon zest, tomato fondue, coddled eggs
- Pot-au-Feu: 6-hour-braised brisket, potato and spring vegetable fricassee, jus
