An opening date has been announced for the much-anticipated Novo Asian Food Hall in the Strip District.
On Friday, March 1, the food hall will open its doors from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., allowing diners to explore an array of authentic Asian dishes from seven distinct concepts.
“We are thrilled to introduce Novo Food Hall to the vibrant dining and cultural scene of the Strip District,” says Nova Food Hall founder (and Mola restauranteur) Alex Tang in a release. “With its diverse collection of culinary offerings, Novo Food Hall celebrates the rich tapestry of Asian cuisine while providing a unique dining experience for guests.”
The expansive, 8,600-square foot space will feature a central bar with a diverse selection of spirits from across Asia, along with a collection of local beer and spirits. The bar menu will also feature the largest selection of makgeolli, a Korean sparkling rice wine, in the city, along with a variety of Japanese whiskeys and sake.

- Teachana: A new concept featuring boba tea and savory ramen.
- Korean Garden 2: Traditional Korean food with modern techniques, with a menu that includes spicy kimchi and bulgogi.
- Kung Fu Chicken: “Expertly seasoned” fried chicken.
