What happens when you brew beer with tea? The Ok-TEA-beerfest in Millvale is going to help you find out!
On Saturday, September 30, the historic Millvale VFV Post 118 (605 North Avenue) will host the Ok-TEA-beerfest with Tupelo Honey Teas and and local homebrewers clubs.
Tupelo Honey Teas partnered with local home brewers to create a wide range of unique beers that feature tea, which will all be available for tasting.
Tickets to the event are $15 each, and will allow you to sample brews from both the Three Rivers Underground Brewers and Three Rivers Alliance of Serious Homebrewers clubs.
Full-size beers from Draai Laag will also be available for purchase, along with tea cider from A Few Bad Apples Cider Collective. And there will be homemade German food from Sprezzatura, too.
