We’re in the midst of sour cherry season, that all too brief time of year when those delicate and totally perishable cherries are available… if you know where to find them. Legume has snagged a few bushels (they’ve been posting their pitting progress on Facebook), and they’re not afraid to use them.
New on the menu this week? Sour cherry pie. But, you’d better get it while you can. Because just like sour cherry season, when this pie is gone, it’s gone.
