If you missed out on getting tickets to Osteria 2350’s Dogfish Head Beer Dinner on February 25 (tickets sold out in two days!), you’re in luck – they just announced that they’re adding another dinner on February 26.
Each of the meal’s five courses will be paired with a special Dogfish Head brew. Tickets are $60 per person, plus tax and gratuity, and you must make a reservations (and we suggest making that reservation early) by calling 412-281-3090.
Here’s a peek at the complete menu:
First Course:
- Lobster Fra Diavolo, with Calabrian chili, micro basil, pickled shallot, Piercing Pils oil
- Paired with: Dogfish Head Piercing Pils
Second Course:
- Scallop Noodle Bowl: Hand-made scallop noodles, with Thai chilies, kaffir lime, ginger and Buddha’s hand
- Paired with: Dogfish Head American Beauty
Third Course:
- Smoked Pork Loin with roasted poblanos, grits, Barleywine barbecue sauce, and onion straws
- Paired with Dogfish Head Olde School Barleywine
Fourth Course:
- Seared venison medallion with red cabbage, pommes puree, and Raison Du Extra reduction
- Paired with Dogfish Head Raison Du Extra
Dessert:
- Honeycomb cheesecake, with almond crust, cranberry gelee and birch syrup drizzle
- Paired with Dogfish Head Kvasir
