Osteria 2350 will be hosting a Dogfish Head Beer Dinner, where the Delaware-based beer company will be releasing their 20th anniversary brew, Higher Math, to the Pittsburgh market.
The dinner is taking place on Wednesday, December 9, and will feature five courses, with Dogfish Head beer pairings.
On the menu:
First Course: Crudo of Fluke with preserved lemon foam, Calabrian chili gastrique and micro greens. Paired with Dogfish Head Fort
Second Course: Pasta Alla Vongole, with squid ink pasta, cockles, leeks and jalapeno. Paired with Dogfish Head 75-Minute IPA
Third Course: Roasted Duck Leg with fregola, white truffle, and duck jus. Paired with Dogfish Head PA Tukedo
Fourth Course: Venison with braised red cabbage and chive spaetzle. Paired with Dogfish Head Bitches Brew
Dessert Course: Chocolate cherry roll, with amerena cherry-vanilla filling and house-made cherry sorbet. Paired with Dogfish Head Higher Math 20th Anniversary Beer
