Three course, three cocktails, and one amazing location.
OTB Bicycle Café and Wigle Whiskey are teaming up for a Collaboration Dinner on Thursday, February 26 at the North Park Boathouse.
Wigle’s Wes Shonk will be creating cocktails, and OTB’s chef Eric Strafalace is creating a three-course pairing dinner.
The menu includes Jalapeno Rockets (fresh jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese, cheddar, and shredded chicken), a Strawberry Walnut Salad, and a choice of an entrée, including a Grilled Rack of Lamb, Braised Beef Short Ribs, or Pan-seared Scallops. And for dessert? Lemon whiskey bread pudding.
