Blue Dust Restaurant in Homestead is hosting the 4th edition of their legendary Oysterfest under the Homestead Grays Bridge on Saturday, April 29, from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
As in previous years there will be plenty of oysters at the outdoor bash, plus live music, beer, craft-infused cocktails, and food trucks!
The beers on draft will include:
- Bells Two Hearted
- Bells Oberon
- East End Pedal Pale Ale
- Jack’s Dry Hopped Cider
- Jack’s Peach Cider
- Stone Ripper APA
- Dogfish Head Seaquenchale
- Heavy Seas Alpha Effect
- Troegs Sunshine Pils
The craft cocktails being served this year include:
- Grilled Pineapple Mojitoes
- Blueberry and Sage Gin and Tonics
- Pickled Ginger Moscow Mules
- Oyster Shooters featuring your choice of Horseradish, Smoked Tabasco, or Kimchi Vodkas
Additionally, Wigle Whiskey will be pouring cocktails under the bridge
There will be double the amount of oysters as last year’s oysters event. The oysters are provided by Rogue Farms, and are being flown in directly from the Yaquina Bay. Both fried and fresh oysters will be available for purchase.
