Good news for fans of the Café at the Frick! The beautiful patio overlooking the Frick mansion grounds is now open for the season.
The renowned Café at the Frick is known for its unique, seasonal fare, and picturesque environment. The kitchen and indoor dining space are located inside of the glass cottage on the Frick grounds. Surrounding the cottage is a lush patio, perfect for lunches and high tea. During the winter months, the patio is closed, and only indoor dining is available. But, the café has finally emerged from its seasonal hibernation, and is now serving guests on the patio.
The menu at the Frick changes frequently, and features a prix fixe option that allows guests to sample multiple items on the menu, like their rotating salads, soups, sandwiches and desserts. Additionally, the café offers a diverse wine list, and a traditional English afternoon tea service.
After enjoying your lunch at the Frick, be sure to stop through the free art museum, or take a tour of the Clayton Mansion.
The Café is open Tuesdays through Sundays for lunch, and on Fridays for dinner. Reservations can be made by 412-371-0600. Frick Members can make advance reservations, and non-members may make same-day reservations. If weather is poor, seating on the patio will not be available.
