Wigle Whiskey is a gem in the city. Not only do they host and take part in tons of events around town (they do so much, barely a week goes by when we don’t write about them), but they’re always offering to help other businesses in the area.
And now, they need a little bit of help – in the form of peach pitting.
They’ve found themselves with loads and loads of local peaches from Triple B Farms in Monongahela and Kaelin Orchards in Wexford, and they have big plans for them.
On Friday, September 4, they’ll be distilling every last peach into an all-local Wigle peach brandy, and they need some serious peach-pitters to help get the crop ready.
Join them at 8:00 a.m. at the distillery for an all-hands-on-deck peach pitting party. To say thanks, they’ll be providing breakfast, coffee, and some mid-day cocktails.
