Chef Roger Li (Ki Ramen, Ki Pollo, Umami, and The Parlor Dim Sum pop-up series) has announced a brand new seasonal event series collaboration – and the first event is happening this weekend.
On Sunday, October 18, the PGH Asian BBQ is taking place at Bay 41 in Lawrenceville, featuring local and out-of-town chefs, all showcasing their style of Asian BBQ. Guest chefs include Kar Lee, who most recently owned Tsunami Express in Lancaster, and Pittsburgh chef Michael Taylor.
The event will be grab-and-go, with a limited amount of ticketed time slots available for guests to pick up their meals.
Each ticket is $60, and will feed two, and includes one dish from each participating chef, plus a collaboration between Li and Taylor.
