‘Tis the season for holiday pop-up bars!
The latest pop-up bar in Pittsburgh to celebrate the holiday takes visitors on a trip to the Grinch’s universe.
The Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh University Place in Oakland has transformed their lounge into Whooville from How the Grinch Stole Christmas, complete with a Whoville Family Living Room, Grinch’s Lair, and other movie set recreations.
From now through December 21, guests can enjoy a Grinch-inspired cocktail menu, featuring drinks and shots like Jo Jo’s Jingle Juice, Max’s Mule, the Who Pudding shot and the Cheermeister shot. The bar will also be serving Grinch-themed bites, like the “Cindy (Buffa)Lou-Who Dip” and “Toad Stool Sliders.”
Groups of 10 or more are encouraged to make reservations by calling the hotel at 412-688-1995.
