Don’t have plans for Wednesday? If you’re free, take some time to give back to the Pittsburgh Public Market as a thank you for creating a space where Pittsburgh can shop for locally-grown produce, artisan food products, and enjoy some of the most delicious lunches around.
On Wednesday, August 26 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., join them for the PPM Volunteer Day. They’ll be providing lunch, beer, and a Public Market tee shirt for anyone who is able to volunteer, and help them with projects that range from repainting their parking lot and hanging signs, painting throughout the market, framing and hanging pictures in the entrance, and various small projects from vendors.
