After a long weekend of service, many restaurants close on Mondays to take a well-deserved break.
But if you’re in desperate need for a restaurant-cooked meal on a Monday night, you’re in luck — some of Pittsburgh’s best spots are open for Monday dining, with options that include everything from Southern fried chicken sandwiches at Coop De Ville to pork belly Hung Lay at Pusadee’s Garden.
Here’s a sampling of what’s available. And, as things are constantly changing with all restaurants right now, be sure to call ahead to make sure that their listed hours are current.
