Main Squeeze Juice, Pittsburgh’s first cold-pressed juice truck, is ready to roll.

The truck, from owner Shelby Brown, made its debut last month at the Greater Pittsburgh Food Truck Festival, and will continue to offer cold-pressed juice, smoothies, and healthy fruit bowls at events in and around Pittsburgh throughout the summer.

The food truck offers a rotating selection of smoothies, all made with fresh fruit and juice. Current options include the Tropical Twist, with grapefruit, pineapple and banana, Sweet Sunrise, with strawberries or raspberries, orange and pineapple, and Coco Peanut Butter, with banana, cocoa-powder, dates, almond milk and peanut butter. They can also accommodate special orders.

There are four cold-pressed juices on the menu, featuring a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables.

  • Revive: Kiwi, red and green apples, celery, cucumber and mint
  • Orange Dream: Orange, red and green apples, pear, celery, and sweet potato
  • Muscle Green: Kale, celery, cucumber, broccoli, and lemon
  • Beet-a-Full: Beet, red cabbage, carrot, kale, ginger and lemon

And rounding out Main Squeeze Juice’s menu are dragon fruit and acai bowls, made with organic and GMO-free dragon fruit and acai, and topped with offerings like flax seed, fresh fruit, chocolate, coconut, granola or chia seeds.

The Main Squeeze Juice’s next event will be at the Millvale Food Truck Park on Sunday, June 10 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. They’ll also be making appearances at the Midlands Fourth of July Festival, Mines & Meadows Summer Throw Down on August 5, and Muttster Mash on October 20.
To see where the truck will be each week, follow them on social media.
