Ready for some good news?
Pizzeria Davide, the old-world pizza joint from the owners of DiAnoia’s Eatery, is opening a new location in Robinson Township – and it’s happening soon.
On June 16, the restaurant will open in the Robinson Towne Centre, followed by a Carnegie location set to open this fall.
The new Robinson location will be a BYOB dine-in restaurant that will eventually seat 40, but to start, the restaurant will only be open for takeout service with contactless curbside pickup and delivery available through third-party apps.
Pizzeria Davide in Robinson will feature the same pizza, cheesesteaks and Italian snacks that made the Strip District location such a hit. Pizza is made using a 48-hour dough, and other menu items will feature artisanal and locally-sourced ingredients, like fresh mozzarella from Caputo Brothers Creamery in Spring Grove.
Other menu items will include a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, Meatball Bombs, tiramisu, and cannoli.
“The concept was born from our signature pizzas at DiAnoia’s. When takeout orders took off, we knew this was something that needed its own space to grow,” Anoia said. “We take a lot of pride in the fresh, quality ingredients we put into each pie and are passionate about moving forward with our plans to bring this concept to the Robinson community, especially during a time when we can all use some comfort food.”
The new Robinson location will be open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m
