We’ve been eagerly anticipating the opening of Rick DeShantz and Keith Fuller’s downtown pork-centric smokehouse, Pork & Beans, for a while now, and while the restaurant isn’t quite open yet, they’re giving us all a sneak peek of what we can expect.
