Spirit is taking their bagel-making talents to the Bloomfield Saturday Market.
The eclectic bar/venue/restaurant in Lawrenceville is now offering their house-made bagels for pickup every Saturday at the farmers market in Bloomfield.
Pre-orders are open each week for pickup at the market, and the menu is posted on their website. This week’s menu includes bagels (single, by the half dozen, and by the dozen) in Plain, Everything, Sesame, Poppy, Onion, Rosemary Maldon, Garlic and Cinnamon Raisin.
Toppings and extras include plain cream cheese, veggie cream cheese, vegan spread, lox and bacon by the pound.
Spirit is also offering Bagel Kits, with lox, capers, cream cheese and red onion.
Additionally, Spirit is also opening their kitchen every Saturday from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for takeout orders for pizza, beer, cocktails, wings and more. The menu changes weekly, and is always available online.
