Revel + Roost, an ambitious two-tiered restaurant in Tower Two-Sixty in Market Square, is officially opening its doors today.
The restaurant will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in its two distinct areas. The downstairs Revel will serve lunch and dinner, and Roost, located upstairs, will serve breakfast and dinner.
At Revel, guests will be served fast, casual meals with communal portions, including Oyster Gratinee, Fried Quail + Waffles, and hearth-oven pizzas. Revel will also serve up sandwiches for the lunch crowd, including Barbecued Beef Brisket and Gourmet Grilled Cheese, plus heartier options like a bucket of fried chicken, served with raspberry maple hot sauce and house-made crab cakes.
Roost will feature upscale breakfast and dinner options, with more traditional single-serving plates. The dinner menu includes classic steakhouse entrees like Porterhouse, rib eye and filet steaks, along with dishes like Red Snapper with barley salad, Border Springs Farm Lamb Rack with root vegetable hash, and Sun Shrimp and Grits, with crispy pork belly.
Executive chef VincentPerri will oversee both kitchens.
