Enjoy rosé (cider) all day at Threadbare Cider!
The North Side cider house will be releasing Bouquet de Rosé on Saturday, May 12 starting at 11:00 a.m., just in time for Mother’s Day.
The rosé cider is a semi-dry cider with a pink hue that comes from rose hips and hibiscus flowers. According to Threadbare, Bouquet de Rosé is “a balanced palette with lemony tartness with soft mineral notes and a hint of sweetness.” The rosé also features notes of summer fruits and black pepper and a floral bouquet.
In addition to the rose release, Threadbare will also be hosting a four-course Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 1, with dishes that include locally-produced charcuterie, baked sourdough French toast, whiskey vanilla ice cream and more.
Bottles of Bouquet de Rosé will also be available for pre-order on Threabare’s website, and will ship on May 11.
