On Monday, February 2, head to Butterjoint to celebrate Slow Food Pittsburgh’s Year of Pennsylvania cheese.
East End Food Co-op and Wheel and Wedge are teaming up to create an “unboring” local cheese plate, and Butterjoint’s Will Groves will be putting together a special Cheesemaker’s punch for the evening.
And your wine-and-punch consumption will be for a good cause: All of the cheese plate profits for the night will be donate to Slow Food Pittsburgh.
