A Southeastern Pennsylvania brewery has made its way across the state to Southwestern PA!
Sly Fox Brewing has announced that their new Downtown taproom overlooking Point State Park is officially open.
Founded in 1995, Sly Fox has brewpubs in Phoenixville, Pottstown, and Wyomissing PA, and is available in bars and restaurants in PA, NJ, NY, MD, VA, DE and Washington, DC.
Their new Downtown taproom will offer Sly Fox beer, Pennsylvania crafted wines and spirits, and food in a casual, family-friendly atmosphere. This is the first Pittsburgh outpost for the brand.
Guets can expect a rotating selection of the brewery’s beers. At the time of opening, this includes: Alex’s Lemon Wheat Ale, Bay 6 Pils, Helles Golden Lager, O’Reilly Stout, Oktoberfest, Pikeland Pils, Vulpulin IPA, and more.
The food menu includes dishes like spiked nachos, pretzel bites, pizzas, sandwiches, and – being Pittsburgh – oven baked pierogies.
Opening hours are Monday – Thursday: 11:30 am – 11:00 pm, Friday – Saturday: 11:30 am – 12:00 am, and Sunday: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm.
