
Whiskey and special treats from the new Smallman Galley chefs? Yes, please!
The Smallman Galley is hosting a whiskey pairing event this Tuesday, July 25. Guests of the event will enjoy four different whiskeys, each paired with sweet treats from the new Smallman Galley chefs. More information on each drink, and why it pairs well with the food, will also be provided.
The menu for the event includes:
Amrut Fusion Indian Single Malt Whisky: Paired with Sweet Crunch with spring roll wrap, condensed milk and peanuts from Chef Hoa Le of Banhmilicious
Stalk & Barrel Red Label: Paired with Bleu Cheese, crumble and lemon gel from Chef Pete Tolman of Iron Born
Stalk & Barrel Blue Label: Paired with Mole Tostada, pickled onion and queso fresco from Chef Jesse Barlass of Colonia Pittsburgh
English Whiskey Peated Single Malt: Paired with Chef’s Choice Macarons from Chef Ryan Peters of Brunoise Restaurant
Tickets are $35 per person and can be purchased online.
