This is not a drill, cheese fans.
The Smallman Galley and Home are hosting a Mac & Cheese Dinner, with a full menu of creamy, cheesy goodness.
On Monday, April 8, head to the Strip District food hall for a four-course dinner, featuring different takes of Mac & Cheese, all from the kitchen of Home’s Phill Milton. Each course will also include a suggested beer or wine pairing. Tickets are $65 per person, and include an appetizer, a four-course meal, and a paired drink for each course.
Here’s the menu, cheeseheads!
Appetizer: Truffled Mac & Cheese Croquette
First Course: Caprese Mac, with smoked mozzarella, roasted heirloom tomatoes, basil cream, and orecchiette pasta
Second Course: Lobster Mac, with Maine lobster, creamy mascarpone, and Ditalini pasta
Third Course: Quack Mac, with duck confit, truffled onions, crispy skin and Cavatappi
Fourth Course: Piggy Back Mac, with BBQ pulled pork, crispy onions, smoked gouda and elbow macaroni
Tickets will be available online until April 4, or when they sell out.
