The Smallman Galley in the Strip District is currently selling tickets to the March edition of their Craft Beer Dinner series. The series, which began late last year, pairs a Smallman Galley chef with a local brewery for an evening on perfectly paired courses.
The March menu is a collaboration between Jacqueline Wardle of Josephine’s Toast and Roundabout Brewery.
The menu includes:
Reception: Irish-style Cheeses & Nibbles, paired with a Saison Cocktail
First Course: Greens & Grains: Barley, bitter greens, spring sprouts, peas, paired with Ginga Wheat
Second Course: Mussel and Cod Green Curry: Potatoes, cabbage, pearl onions, cilantro, lemongrass, ginger, paired with Pacific Ring IPA
Third Course: Rabbit Coddle: Rabbit, carrot, celery, onion, parsnip, gravy and potato roll, paired with James Henry, ESB-style ale
Fourth Course: Butterscotch Pudding: Roundabout Irish Coffee Milk Stout clotted cream, hazelnut, brown butter, paired with Irish Coffee Stout
Tickets are $65 per person, and include tax and gratuity. Tickets can be purchased online.
