Lawrenceville’s Piccolo Forno is pulling out all of the stops for a special wine dinner next week.
The Smoked Dinner on Monday, June 29, will feature five courses, with an emphasis on smoked dishes.
The menu includes:
- Chamomile Smoked Sea Scallops with warm bean salad, lardo, chive oil, cured yolk and squid ink crisp
- Risotto with pine-smoked wild mushroom and bone marrow
- Smoked Ricotta and Corn Agnolotti with smoked tomato and octopus ragu
- BBQ Quail with balsamic BBQ sauce, smoked-charred cabbage and pickles endive slaw, and speck-braised collard greens
- Smoked Peach Upside Down Cake with basil gelato and smoked pistachio butter
Each course comes with a wine pairing. Seats are $65 each, and can be purchased by calling 412-622-0111.
