- Maybe this Thanksgiving, we should all just go with chicken? Turkey prices are soaring right now, thanks to this year’s avian flu outbreak. [Pittsburgh Post-Gazette]
- Joe’s Crab Shack has announced that they’ll be the first major chain restaurant to drop tipping. They’ll start paying their servers at least $14 an hour, and menu prices will increase 12 to 15 percent. [Eater]
- Primanti Bros. is opening their 29th location nationwide, and this time, they’re doing it in Hagerstown, Maryland – the first one in that state. And to celebrate, they’re giving free sandwiches for a year to the first 100 customers to walk through their doors. [WTOP]
