Burgh’ers is looking South for inspiration for their next beer dinner.
They’re teaming up with Terrapin Beer Co. for a special Southern-style beer dinner on Sunday, August 16.
The dinner with include six courses and four beers – and we have the menu.
Here’s what they have on tap:
- First course: Old Pay Pork Rinds, served with Hopsecutioner IPA
- Second Course: Fried Green Tomatoes, served with Maggie’s Peach Farmhouse Ale
- Third Course: Pickled Shrimp
- Fourth Course: Surf and Turf, pickled-brined fried chicken, tempura catfish, slaw, served with Hi-5 IPA
- Fifth Course: Spicy Boiled Peanuts
- Sixth Course: Bread Pudding with Maple Bourbon Glaze, served with Peanut Butter & Jelly Porter
Seats are $50 per person, and reservations can be made by calling Burgh’ers at 724-473-0710.
