On Sunday, they’ll be hosting a special Southern Tier brunch at the taproom, featuring dishes that pair with Southern Tier drafts.

Pulled Pork Benedict: House-smoked pulled pork, two poached eggs, and sweet verde sauce over an English muffin, paired with Southern Tier 2xOne
Ham Benedict with Pepperoni Sauce: Sliced ham, two poached eggs, and pepperoni sauce served over and English muffin with hash browns, paired with Southern Tier Right-O-Way
Berry Beer Waffle: House-made waffle batter mixed with Southern Tier Tangier, served with whipped cream and fresh berries, paired with Southern Tier Compass
Crème Brulee French Toast: Thick slices of bread battered in a Southern Tier Crème Brulee batter, and topped with whipped cream, paired with Southern Tier 2x Stout
Plus, while supplies last, if you order a special Southern Tier pairing, you’ll get an ST coffee mug to take home.
