Spoon (134 S. Highland Ave.) is known for their cocktail list – and they’ve just introduced a few new drinks that are bound to become classics, using fresh ingredients, herbs, and house-crafted syrups.
Just a few of the drinks on their spring menu:
- Margarita from Outer Space: Cazadores reposado Tequila, housemade roasted lemon and bay leaf syrup, Galliano, and a salted rim
- Pimm’s Royale: Pimm’s No. 1 with bitter lemon syrup, house cucumber bitters, mint and sparkling wine
- Blueberry Tequila Daiquiri: Illegal Mezcal, Cazadores reposado Tequila, lime juice and blueberries
- Enter the 36 Derbies: Shiso, sake, and Bulleit Bourbon
