Spoonwood Brewing Company and Bethel Bakery are continuing their dessert beer collaboration series with a brand new brew, set to be released later this month.
DONUT, a golden, doughnut-flavored ale, will be released at the brewery on Saturday, January 25.
Inspired by Bethel Bakery’s raspberry-filled Pączki, the fruit-forward beer is made with a mixture of malts, fruit purée (including raspberry, blackberry, and boysenberry), and Bethel Bakery’s Pączki, made by Bethel’s pastry chef Kayla Milliron.
DONUT will be available in pints and growlers at the brewery starting at 11:30 a.m. on January 25. Raspberry, Lemon, French Buttercream and Bavarian Cream Pączki will be available at Bethel Bakery until February 25, Fat Tuesday.
